This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate cleaning service booking requests. The content on this website is subject to change without notice.
A booking request submitted through the website is not automatically confirmed. NOVOCLEAN reviews service details, timing, property information and availability before confirming the service. Confirmation will be communicated directly to the client.
A cleaning service is only considered confirmed once NOVOCLEAN has reviewed the request and communicated confirmation to the client via phone, WhatsApp or email. Submitting a form does not guarantee service availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, access instructions, timing requirements and any relevant information needed for the cleaning service. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect service delivery.
Clients must ensure that the cleaning team can access the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible due to lockbox issues, key problems or other reasons, the service may need to be rescheduled.
The scope of each cleaning service is based on the service type selected and any additional requirements discussed during confirmation. Services outside the agreed scope may require separate arrangement.
Additional services such as laundry, ironing, restocking or specialised cleaning may be available upon request and are subject to availability and separate pricing.
When requested, NOVOCLEAN may provide photo confirmation after cleaning. If any property issues are observed during the service, NOVOCLEAN may report them to the property owner or manager for their awareness.
Pricing is provided based on the service type, property size and requirements discussed during confirmation. Final pricing is confirmed before the service takes place. NOVOCLEAN reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual property conditions.
NOVOCLEAN takes reasonable care during all cleaning services. However, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. NOVOCLEAN is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, wear and tear, or items left unsecured.
NOVOCLEAN reserves the right to modify service offerings, availability and pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will be honoured as agreed.
